Robins Kitchen now offers Fast 3 Hour and Next Day Delivery through our delivery partner, Rendr. This service allows eligible orders to be delivered quickly from a local store, where stock is available.

How to place a Fast 3 Hour Delivery order

Add products to your cart
Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery details
Provide your customer information and delivery address at checkout.
Select Fast Delivery at checkout
If the items in your cart are in stock at a nearby Robins Kitchen store and eligible for fast delivery, you’ll see the option for 3 Hour or Next Day Delivery by Rendr in the Delivery Method section.
Complete your purchase
Finalise payment to place your order.
Order confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Order preparation
Your local Robins Kitchen store will pack your order for collection.
Pickup notification
You’ll receive an email confirming that your order is ready and has been collected by our delivery partner, Rendr.
Delivery updates
Rendr will email you once your order is on the way.
Delivery completion
Your order will be delivered to your selected address within the delivery window chosen at checkout. A final confirmation email will be sent once delivery is complete.

Fast 3 Hour & Same Day Delivery FAQs

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

We recommend being home to receive your delivery. If you’re not available, Rendr couriers may leave your order in a safe place where possible. If no safe location is available, Rendr’s customer support team will contact you to discuss next steps.

How will I know when my order is on the way?

Once your order has been collected, you’ll receive SMS and email notifications from our delivery partner, Rendr, confirming pickup and delivery progress.

Can I track my delivery in real time?

Yes. You’ll receive SMS and email updates throughout the delivery process, including a real-time tracking link once your driver has been assigned and while your order is in transit.

What should I do if my delivery is late or doesn’t arrive?

Can I cancel or reschedule my delivery?

All requests to cancel, reschedule, or change a delivery must be managed through Rendr. Please visit:

Is Fast Same Day Delivery available every day?

Rendr operates every day, excluding public holidays. Availability may vary based on location, store stock, and delivery capacity.

Are there additional delivery fees?

Additional delivery fees apply for Fast 3 Hour and Same Day Delivery. Delivery pricing is displayed at checkout and is calculated based on your delivery address and nearest Robins Kitchen store.

What happens if I place my order after the 2pm cut-off?

Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off time will be delivered the next day, subject to availability.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?

If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact Robins Kitchen Customer Service and raise a support request. Our team will assist with resolving the issue.
