Click & Collect is available at all Robins Kitchen stores.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for collection. Our team will contact you once your order is ready.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 2–10 business days from dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and external factors.
Delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.
If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch, you will be refunded for the affected product.

Orders are delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please, or StarTrack.
We ship to Australian residential addresses and post office boxes only. International delivery is not available.

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe, secure, and weather-protected location at their discretion.
If a safe drop is not suitable, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point. You will be notified if this occurs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery instructions must be managed directly with the courier.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to your order, requests to cancel or amend may be considered before the order enters the packing process.
Once packing has commenced, the order is prepared for dispatch and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Delivery of regulated knives may require identity and age verification at the time of delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required before goods can be handed over.
