We're excited to announce that Click & Collect is now available for all Robins Kitchen stores.

Please allow 1-2 business days before collection.
Our friendly expert staff will contact you when your order is ready.
They will have your order packed and ready to pick-up.

HOW IT WORKS?
1. Browse – Browse our extensive range of thousands of products.
2. Add to cart - Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Select a store - Select your nearest available store.
4. Choose Pick Up - Choose 'Pick Up' as your delivery method
5. Payment - We offer a variety of payment methods including Credit/Debit card, Afterpay, Openpay and Paypal
6. Collection - when your order is ready, we'll call you to arrange a collection time and give you further information about how to collect your order.

Please note: Store collections hours vary by store, and your chosen store will contact you to arrange a collection time with you. Some exclusions may apply. The Click & Collect service is subject to availability. Special Order items and some large items cannot be picked up in-store. Orders must be collected within 14 days or they will be cancelled and refunded.

Free Shipping on all Orders over $99 (inc GST) at Robins Kitchen

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders of $99 or more (inclusive of GST).
Orders under $99 will incur a $10 Standard Shipping fee.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for most locations, at a fee of $13.95.
*Please note express shipping is not available in all postcodes of Australia.


Shipping Information

Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 days from the date of dispatch. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday excluding Public holidays in Victoria). These estimated times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location and the availability of stock.


Tracking Your Parcel

Additional security checks are currently being imposed for all interstate parcels at Australian borders. As a result of this, updates to your parcel’s tracking information may take a little longer to come through. Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.

30 Day Change of Mind Policy - ONLINE ONLY

All items purchased From Robins Kitchen come with a thirty (30) day refund guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with these products, you may, within thirty (30) days of item purchase being delivered, return the Product in the original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit, with all tags and stickers still attached and with your original tax invoice (as proof of purchase) to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the Product.

This refund does not include the costs of postage. The Customer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse. We cannot accept returns in store for change of mind. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
