If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a refund within 30 days of purchase for unused products (returned in its original packaging). Please note a refund does not include postage costs.

If your item arrives damaged we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.

Shipping Costs
  • For all orders with a total transaction amount over $59 standard shipping is free
  • For all orders with a total transaction amount under $59 standard shipping is $10
  • All gift cards ship for free. If Express Post is chosen, the shipping cost in $4.40 inc gst
  • * Please note that express post cannot be chosen if there are products in an order with a gift card. This is for gift card purchases only.
  • Items are generally dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse the business following an order. Guaranteed next day dispatch not applicable during busy promotional periods.
  • Once your oder has been dispatched from our distribution center, an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
Undeliverable Parcels
  • All Australia Post e-Parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs and email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.
  • To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified by email.
