What does being a Robins Kitchen VIP mean?

VIP Points

How it works:

Each time you make a purchase you will accrue 5% from each purchase you make towards your VIP points balance. These points can be redeemed on your very next purchase or they can be saved to use at a later time on perhaps a more expensive item, or until you have enough points to purchase an item at $0.

The details:

• Items in a sale that a points redemption has been allocated to, will not accrue 5% towards your ‘available points balance’. However any other items in that same sale, not discounted by a points redemption, will add to your point’s accrual.
• If you do not use your entire points balance at one time, any remaining points will not be forfeited and will be available for use at a later date.
• The VIP Points Redemption cannot be used in conjunction with the 10 % Birthday Discount or ‘multiple offers’ e.g: ‘2 for 1’ offers
• Points will expire 12 months from the date of accrual

The last VIP’s to receive their VIP Birthday benefit in the previous letter format was our VIP’s celebrating their birthday in November 2010. VIP customers celebrating a birthday after this time will now receive their Gift voucher in the form of points redemption as above.

10% Birthday Discount

VIPs will also receive a birthday discount as an added benefit of being a Robins Kitchen VIP. VIPs will receive 10% off one purchase in their birthday month. The purchase can be made up of just one or several items and can be redeemed between the 1st and final day of your birthday month.

The details:

• The 10 % Birthday Discount cannot be used in conjunction with the VIP Points Redemption or ‘multiple offers’ E.G: ‘2 for 1’ offers 
• The 10 % Birthday Discount will accrue points towards your points balance for use at another time
• The 10% Birthday Discount can only be used against items that are either full priced items or permanently discounted items

NOTE: As with all VIP promotions, you must bring your VIP card (or key ring) with you when you shop. If you have lost your card, simply bring in your photo ID so you do not miss out on your discounts and the team will issue you with another VIP card.
