1. 1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. 2.To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

 Who can enter

1. 3.Subject to clause 4 and 5, entry is open to residents of Australia from QLD, ACT and NSW who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
   1. 4.Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Permitz Group Pty Ltd (www.permitzgroup.com.au) and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. How to enter

1. 6.Entrants may enter the competition by submitting their favourite original recipe including eggs as an ingredient online at www.letsgetcracking.com.au by following the prompts to enter the recipe details with images if so desired and all requested contact details. Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period (defined below).
2. 7.Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email/postal address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
3. 8.Any recipe submitted by an entrant must be an original creation and not be subject to any claim or potential claim for copyright. Entrants warrant the originality of the recipe submitted.
