threehats Scratch Card Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of Robins Kitchen and their immediate families and employees of Lineville Pty Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at 9am on Wednesday February 1, 2012 and concludes at 5.00pm on Tuesday February 28, 2012.

3. To enter you must purchase threehats brand product at any Robins Kitchen store to the value of at least $20.00 between the dates specified in Point 2. You will receive a scratch card for every $20.00 worth of threehats purchases. For example, if $100.00 of threehats products is purchased the customer will receive five (5) scratch cards. This includes single product and multiple product purchases in the one transaction.

4. Excludes layby purchases and on-line purchases through robinskitchen.com.au

5. All redeemed scratch cards must be in original form and no copied or altered scratch cards will be accepted. Winning scratch cards are to be handed to a Robins Kitchen team member in store in exchange for the threehats product that has been won.

6. 30,000 scratch cards have been produced. The prize pool, with a retail value of $63,806.62 (not including discounts generated by the “20% off your next threehats purchase” scratch cards) consists of the following threehats branded products and promotional offers.

There are 10,001 prizes in total. Cards have been sorted at random and distributed to 54 Robins Kitchen stores. The main prize consists of 39 threehats products that represent the core of the threehats range.

7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. All prizes except the Major Prize will be taken out of stock at the Robins Kitchen store where the winning scratch card is redeemed and handed to the winner at the time of redemption. If, for any reason, the store does not have the exact product specified on the scratch card a comparable product to equal or greater value will be awarded. The major prize winner must supply their full contact details to the store manager who will arrange for the major prize to be delivered to the address supplied by the winner at a convenient time and date before the end of April 2012. All winning scratch tickets carrying the message “20% off your next threehats purchase in March or April” are redeemable in any Robins Kitchen store before April 31, 2012 when purchasing any threehats branded product but the discount cannot be used on the original qualifying purchase.

 8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All unscratched tickets will be discarded at the end of the promotion.

10. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.

The personal information you have provided to “Robins Kitchen”, (the trading name of Lineville Pty Ltd ACN 107 493 738) by completing this entry form may be used for the purpose of administering the competition, to contact you if you are the winner of the competition, advising the public of the winner of the competition and sending you information on any of our products or services you may be interested in at Robins Kitchen.

Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, you may have access to your personal information held by Robins Kitchen by contacting the Marketing Manager, Steven Craig on 07 3375 0200.

From time to time this information may be used by and disclosed to our service providers (such as mail houses, delivery companies or market research agencies) or related companies of Robins Kitchen. The use and disclosure of this information will be subject to the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988.
