Laybys are most welcome at Robins Kitchen and are a great way to secure any of our inspiring products you really want!

Terms and Conditions

General

• All laybys are for a period of 8 weeks, require an initial 20% deposit and frequent fortnightly payments

• Laybys may be made in any Robins Kitchen store (excluding the online store)

• Laybys can only be collected from the Robins Kitchen store where they were made

• Laybys can only be collected by the customer who made the layby

• Laybys can only be collected in full once the layby is paid in full. Products within them cannot be released separately.

Overdue Layby’s

Should your layby become overdue we ask that you please contact the store and request an extension.

Once a lay-by has expired customers will receive a courtesy call from the Store Manager inviting them to come to the store and collect it. If the customer has not come in within 7 days a second call will be made informing the customer that they have 7 days to collect the lay-by or it may be cancelled. If the customer has not collected the lay-by after 14 days a lay-by reminder letter will be sent informing the customer of the date it will be cancelled (this is generally 1 week from the date of the letter)

Cancelling a Layby

• Customers who wish to cancel their lay-by may request their payments to be returned in full.
• Any refunds will be given in the same tender in which they were made
